Yes. The company was Vantage Connections until September 2026, when it became Melbora. Same team, same product, same beta. The name changed because too many unrelated companies use the word Vantage, and a store owner searching for us kept finding someone else.

Melbora was founded by Radin Ahmadi. It is a small independent team building the product now, in the open, and you can reach the founders directly at [email protected] rather than through a support desk.

Shopify's built-in tools help you write a thing when you are already sitting in the admin looking at that thing. Melbora does the day-to-day whether or not you open the admin, across the channels outside Shopify too, and hands you a queue of finished work to approve. If your whole store lives inside Shopify and you enjoy doing the daily work yourself, Shopify's own tools may be all you need.
